Our idea for our music video:
The song that we have chosen to do is Boulevard of broken dreams by Green Day.
The idea is of a teen that has recently split up with his girlfriend. He will be walking on the spot with a green screen behind him. The green screen will have a retrospective of their relationship. At the start it will be highlights of their relationship, the audience will know this by the editing, as we will use lighter filters, this signifies that they are happy.
After the first chorus the highlights will change to a darker filter as the relationship will fall apart. The highlights will show the girl moving on from the relationship after sadness. He, however will not be able not move on.
When the chorus starts the male character's band mates will join alongside him in a "V" shape. At the end of the chorus the band mates will go leaving him alone, as this is what the song is about.
